Location, room cleaness.
Staff not well prepared, breakfest is not that good, the pool that is in the site pictures are just marketing and is not that much nice, they put me in a very bad smell room, then change me to a nice one, This hotel dont worth the money!, is not a 5 star hotel, and for the price you can get a lot better place to stay. Last thing, when i said that i want to leave guess what? they said to me that i need to pay for the entire booking and even if i dont enjoy my stay i can't cancel the other days, and smille in your face and said: " sorry for the inconvenience". Don't stay in this place if you value your money. Este hotel 'e muito ruim, nao 'e nem de longe um hotel 5 estrelas, o atendimento 'e horrivel, quis ir embora antes de toda a estada.

The locatin was excellent! 5 minutes to skytrain, queit place! Really big room, great view! It's more condominimum than hotel - for those who like to be on there own!
No free wi-fi in the room, only in the lobby - hello, it's 21 century! The clearness of the room was not on the top!

Fine views from our balcony
Woke up to amazing vistas that gave the feeling of a dream. The spacious One-Bedroom Executive room was perfect for us as a couple. Daily room service kept everything super clean!
We had to go next door for meals-decent, but not what I expected from a hotel stay.

I had a lovely stay where the spacious room felt like a mini apartment, the view was breathtaking from the 40th floor, and the laundry facilities were a real bonus! The pool area, however, was not at all like the photos, feeling small and a bit uninviting. I'd definitely consider returning for the value and space!

We likes the size of the rooms and thew fact that it had a kitchen and washing machine so we could use them to wash clothes and prepare meals. The hotel is really close to the Sky Train which allowed us to move around easily

short walk to beautiful parks and shopping areas
My recent stay featured easy access to Benjakitti Park, a peaceful place perfect for strolling, and I was just a short 10-minute walk away from the bustling Terminal 21 where I could shop and explore the local scene, making it a fantastic home base for all my city adventures.
